From Tuesday 24/03/20 our branch has closed due to the UK Government guidelines that all non-essential businesses must close.
All our directors are now set up to work from home with access to emails, hoping to minimise disruption to our sales and letting departments whilst continuing to provide a high level of service to our clients.
Our phone lines are in the process of being diverted to Operations Director Dan Birtles and this should be live from tomorrow.

Properties with ongoing sales will continue to be progressed where possible. We are able to provide a facetime/whatsapp valuation service if required - please contact Dan Birtles for more information.
Landlords, we will continue to process rent in the normal way, transferring rental payments received, the same day we receive from the tenants.
Tenants - contractors we use have advised they will only attend to maintenance issues classed as an emergency. (Eg boiler breakdown / pipe leak etc). Any non-urgent maintenance requests will be held to be dealt with at a future stage. Tenants experiencing difficulties making rental payments, please contact Chris Balden in the first instance.
